BPR Bina Sono Artha menyediakan layanan pengaduan nasabah untuk menampung keluhan terkait produk dan layanan bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengaduan disampaikan <strong>secara tertulis<\/strong> melalui formulir pengaduan resmi PT.
